Owl bag
Cutting machine
Card coloured
Double sided red tape
Ribbon

  1.  I cut the shape on the cutting machine.
  2. Bend the tabs and create the shape of the bag.
  3. Attach the double sided red tape to the tabs.
  4. Create the eyes for the owl by layering circles on top of each other.
  5. Use double sided red tape to attach the lines of the feathers to the chest.
  6. Attach the beak using double sided tape.
  7. Use ribbon on the top for the bag closure.
Next time I make this I will change the shape of the outside of the eye and use a scalloped base.
I profess I am not a photographer so excuse the colours. x

Crayon Valentine Hearts.

This is only basic instructions to create the card.

Recipe
silhouette cameo
red/white card 270 gsm I used white pearlised
crayon heart
cellophane wrapper
ribbon

Gas 6 for 15 minutes.  Keep watch as the crayons can smoke if you over heat them!

  1. I began by creating a circle.  I typed the text onto the screen.  I drag and dropped the text onto the circle and it automatically snapped into the circle.
  2. I highlighted the circle and clicked on the offset button.  I removed the circle and deleted.  The large offset circle I place at the side of the mat on screen.
  3. Remember to leave a border around the writing for cutting the circle.
  4. Place your white card on the mat.  On the cutting selection select 'sketch pen'.  Insert your pen into the holder.  Load paper and click 'cut' (although you are using your sketch pen).
  5. When finished sketching without unloading card, change the pen to the blade in the housing.
  6. The offset circle needs to fit around the words.  Lift the words off the mat onto the side.
  7. Change the setting to 'Blade' and cut the circle shape.
  8. Unload you paper.
  9. On the screen click on the circle you have just cut.  Click on the offset button.  Remove the inner circle and place at the side of your mat.
  10. Place red card onto the mat.  Load onto the machine and cut.
